I guess I need to start with the beginning

We all have had plans for our lives, and then we get what is supposed to happen. I know I did, most of my girlfriends in middle school and high school, would play MASH to play the lottery with their lives and pray that we would get the cool guy as our husband and that we would live in the mansion, even though the house was acceptable too. Long over are the days of MASH controlling our lives and I had to step out in the real world. I started dating like almost every other girl while I was in high school. I had my first boyfriend when was 14 and I was totally in love with him. After we broke up, I thought I was not prepared yet for another boyfriend so I took some time off. I dated again when I was 16 to a really great guy, but we had a lot of circumstances that I look back now and realized we were doomed. College came and I dated other people, but I got my heart broken in the process. Just when I was about to give up on dating all together, one Sunday night my till at work was $20 short. I know this sounds funny, but my tills were always perfect. The one who called and let me know that it was short is now my husband. It was a simple twist of fate. He called me around 7 that night and we talked for a few minutes on the phone, but for some reason around 9:30 that same night, I felt compelled to call him back, just to talk. Just talking turned into a "friend date" and a "friend date" turned into a real date, then the "I love you" and then the ominous "Will you marry me" and then the one that I wanted the most, "I do". Being with Chris has turned my life upside down...in a good way of course! As cliche as it may sound, I don't know what my life would be like without him.
